It is people claiming to be from Canada Revenue Agency Tax Assessment Office and there is a warrant to arrest you. Please be civil with tax collectors and negotiate for a settlement of $50,000 so that you don't have to pay taxes for the rest of your life instead of paying just the $22,000 they demanded. Ask them for a name and address for you to Fedex your settlement cheque because buying iTunes cards seems to be a scam. If it is the "US Bank" loan department, ask for a $10,000 loan to settle your payment with CRA. In the mean time, demand a name, address and business number, etc so that you can report your interest payments on the loan when you file your tax returns to CRA.
